Our community is growing. Our first family is living in their new, green rated home, enjoying spectacular views and local wildlife. Four others are soon to be our neighbors. Seven home sites are available, with various sizes, views and topography. The community is coming together in a way that respects individual privacy but resists the anonymity of subdivisions. An unexpected joy are the neighbors in the area, who now love to hike our hill.
Situated along stepped limestone ridges, views are north and east to Lake Travis and south and west to the Hill Country’s far horizon. Available home sites are just over one to three acres, and each site is configured for ease of building and to induce homeowners to orient home entries into a friendly, engaged setting offering the enjoyment of the natural surroundings.
Design and building guidelines will ensure compatible architecture and are expected to produce comparable investment values. While each home will be an individual statement, all are expected to apply a modern aesthetic to indigenous Texas architecture using native materials. The result: a uniquely coherent community.
